Пути оптимизации фармаконутритивной поддержки в оперативной онкологии

The aim of the research. To identify the features of nutritional support in patients at the operational oncology on the regional level. Materials and methods. It was conducted the retrospective pharmacoepidemiological analysis of the nutritional support in operational oncology on the basis of medical data records of 1,500 patients. Results. There were revealed the leading nosologies of nutritional deficiency and pathology types of trophological status. There were identified unsolved problems at the nutritional support to the surgical oncology patients. Conclusion. To optimize the nutritional support it is nesessary some organizational and methodical measures aimed at improving of this type of medical care.
