Study on the Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Semen Sesami Nigrum Oil by Orthogonal Design

Objective Selecting the better ultrasonic extraction of Semen sesami nigrum oil. Method The optimum extraction was selected by the orthogonal design. The ultrasonic extraction technology was used. Results The Semen sesami nigrum oil yield was affected significantly by solvent varieties, process solvent and extraction time(P0.01). As the process was that pertroleum ether was used as extracting solvent, adding 12 times amount of solvent and ultrasonic extracting for 45 min, the Semen sesami nigrum oil yield was 60. 32%.Conclusion The process was simple and reliable. The fatty oil yield was high.
