The facing labor-saving device comprises a lathe head (1) and guide rails (2), wherein the lathe head (1) is supported on the guide rails (2) and can slide along the guide rails (2); the facing labor-saving device further comprises a fixed base (3), a driving rod (4) and a driven rod (5); the fixed base (3) is fixed on the guide rails (2); one end of the driving rod (4) is hinged to the fixed base (3), and the other end is a free end; one end of the driven rod (5) is hinged to the driving rod (4), and the other end is hinged to the lathe head (1); the driving rod (4) rotates to drive the driven rod (5) to rotate, and further to push the lathe head (1) to slide along the guide rails (2). According to the facing labor-saving device, a labor-saving link mechanism is designed by utilizing the lever principle, so that the lathe head with large size and mass can be moved in a very convenient and labor-saving manner; labor intensity is greatly lowered; and operation is time-saving and labor-saving.
