In this article the synthesis of some new derivatives 2R-6-carboxylate-7-phenyl-5-oxo-5-H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo [3,2-a]-pyrimidine through cyclization of 2-amino-5 R -1,3,4-thiadiazole with ethyl 4,5-dioxo-4H-5H-2-phenylfuran-3-carboxylic acid, which is obtained from 2-phenyl-4,5-dioxo-4H-5H-furan-3-carboxylate are presents. The structures of the compounds obtained are set Н 1 NMR, 13C, IR-spectroscopy.
