The invention discloses a wireless and alternating current combined charging system and a method thereof for an electric vehicle. The system comprises an alternating current charging subsystem and a wireless charging subsystem, wherein the alternating current charging subsystem and the wireless charging subsystem are in mutual communications with a control metering subsystem; the control metering subsystem comprises a master controller; the master controller is in communications with a BMS of the electric vehicle to obtain the actual power required by the electric vehicle; the alternating current charging subsystem and the wireless charging subsystem can charge the electric vehicle alone or charge the electric vehicle simultaneously; the control metering subsystem further comprises a dynamic power distribution module; and the dynamic power distribution module is used for dynamically distributing the output power of the alternating current charging subsystem and the output power of the wireless charging subsystem according to the actual power required by the electric vehicle when the electric vehicle is charged by the alternating current charging subsystem and the wireless charging subsystem simultaneously, so that the purpose of charging the electric vehicle at the optimal charging efficiency is achieved.
