BLDC Motor Using Stator Having 3-Core Connection Structure

2013
PURPOSE: A BLDC motor using a stator of three line structure minimizes the ratios of a pole and a slot by wiring the coil with the three wiring method, reducing the cogging noise. CONSTITUTION: A double rotor (103) comprises an outer rotor (103b) and an internal rotor (103a) in which multiple South Pole magnets and North Pole magnets are by turns arranged. A stator (102) is arranged between the internal rotor and the outer rotor. The stator comprises multiple division cores wired with three phase coil in the three phase driving mode. Multiple hall devices (H1-H3) detect a position signal of the rotor. The three phase coil comprises multiple core groups, each of which is wired at continuous three division cores by the inverse and forward order.
