Situación actual turística en el cantón pasaje: un análisis desde el contexto económico del sector

La presente investigacion tiene como objetivo describirlas caracteristicas economicas del sector hotelero y turistico del canton Pasaje a traves de la ejecucion de una investigacion cuantitativa de mercado que permita la determinacion exacta de la situacion de este sector, utilizando como principal componente la descripcion de las particularidades economicas del mismo. Se ha efectuado un analisis socioeconomico de la situacion hotelera del canton Pasaje usando una metodologia analitica descriptiva no experimental, lo cual permite aportar con informacion relevante para la aplicacion de diseno de estrategias y tacticas de mercadeo que fortalezcan la posicion competitiva del sector turistico del canton Pasaje. Los resultados indican que no cuentan con la estructura necesaria para mejorar las condiciones economicas del sector. Sin embargo, por la diversidad de recursos turisticos que posee el canton es posible mejorar la situacion economica del sector. Palabras clave: Sector hotelero, turistico, economico.   ABSTRACT The present research aims to describe the economic characteristics of the hospitality and tourism sector of the Pasaje canton through the implementation of quantitative market research that allows the exact determination of the situation in this sector, using as a main component of the economic characteristics of the same description. It has been a socio-economic analysis of the hotel situation of the canton passage using non-experimental descriptive analytical methodology, which allows to provide information, relevant to the implementation of strategies and tactics of marketing that design strengthen the competitive position of the tourism sector of the Pasaje canton. The results indicate that they do not have the necessary structure to improve economic conditions in the sector, however by the diversity of tourism resources that has the canton, it is possible to improve the economic situation of the sector.
