A well repair operation pipe rod conveyor comprises a machine frame assembly, a section of lifting mechanism, a main sliding way assembly, a lifting hydraulic cylinder, two sections of telescopic mechanisms, a conveyed pipe, a pipe rod transition bridge, a pipe row frame and the like. One end of the section of lifting mechanism is arranged on the machine frame assembly, the other end of the section of lifting mechanism is installed with the machine frame assembly, support legs are arranged at two ends of the machine frame assembly, a discharging frame and a rotating arm assembly are installed on two sides of the machine frame assembly, a feeding frame is arranged at the upper portion of the discharging frame, and the pipe rod transition bridge is installed on the left side or the right side of the machine frame assembly. The main sliding way assembly is sequentially installed with a sliding way overturning seat and two sections of telescopic mechanisms, and the two sections of telescopic mechanisms are installed on one section of lifting mechanism. A programmable logic controller (PLC) is arranged in a hydraulic station assembly and controls automatic operation of a hydraulic pipeline and an electric device of the whole machine.
