Driving device and method of display

The invention provides a driving device of a display, including a shifting register, a first latching unit, a second latching unit, a data comparison unit, and a level selection unit. The shifting register generates a plurality of latching signals based on a synchronous signal. The first latching unit latches a data signal based on the latching signals to obtain a plurality of first data corresponding to a plurality of channels. The second latching unit is coupled to the first latching unit to respond to a latching data signal in order to latch the first data of the channel into a plurality of second data. The data comparison unit responds to the latching data signal to respectively compare the first data and the second data which are corresponding to the same channels to output a plurality of third data corresponding to the channels. The level selection unit selects a plurality of voltage levels corresponding to the channels based on the third data.
