The present invention can provide a wireless transmission system, a wireless transmission system can include an input power, a power conversion circuit, a transmitting end of the coil unit, the receiver coil unit, a rectifier circuit and a driving circuit; a first input terminal of the power conversion circuit and the input power connecting the output terminal of the second input is connected to the driver circuit; output of the input circuit of the power conversion unit is connected to the transmitter coil, the transmitter coil unit output end by magnetic coupling or magnetic resonance energy is coupled to the transmitter, and energy through the pickup coil unit receiving side. Output of the receiver coil unit is connected to the terminal of the rectifier circuit input terminal, a high-frequency rectifier circuit resonant current into direct current and an output terminal connected to a load. The system through the design of the transmitter coil unit, so that the transmit coil current does not change with a load change, do not affect the energy of a single load obtained when increasing the number of loads; while the system loss in the power conversion circuit portion is greatly reduced, thereby increasing the the overall efficiency of the system.
