PURPOSE: An authentication service apparatus using a personal terminal, a method thereof, and an authentication service method are provided to prevent a portable terminal of a user from being connected to a local communication AP or a Bluetooth device. CONSTITUTION: A control block(1102) transfers device information of a portable terminal to an authentication management block(1104). When a user interface signal is inputted for login, the control block transfers an authentication request to the authentication management block. When the authentication management block supplies location related information of the portable terminal, the control block transfers location related information to a server.
