Emission pole structure for enhancing efficiency of solar cell

2009
An emitter structure for improving solar cell efficiency comprises a silicon solar cell substrate forming single or a plurality of PN junctions. The structure is characterized in that a transparent conductive film is arranged at the welding spot between a grid line on the front side of the silicon solar cell substrate and the silicon solar cell substrate and is deposited on the front side surface of the silicon solar cell substrate. The emitter structure employs the transparent conductive film and welding spot to collect photocurrent on the surface of the solar cell substrate, employs the grid line to collect the current at each welding spot and outputs the electric power generated by the solar cell substrate. The emitter structure adopts the transparent conductive film and a plurality of welding spots instead of the split-grid lines in the background technology, thus reducing the shadow area and the light reflex of the emitter of the solar cell substrate and reducing the power loss caused by the transverse current on the top layer of the solar cell substrate, the series resistance of the cell and the like. to improve the efficiency of the silicon solar cell.
