System monitoring and security of land mobile object aerial and marine

The invention concerns a system for monitoring and ensuring the security of mobile objects on land, in the air or at sea for preventing any attempt at stealing of breaking into the moving object. It consists of a variable Applied Intelligence (IA) consisting of a base system including an electronic circuit plate on which basic and/or optional modules are plugged in. These modules are as follows: mass memory module, telephone connection module, GPS module, anti-scanner module, anti-removal module, voice recognition module, multipurpose control module, extension cards module, audio and video module, standby module, actuating module and detecting module. The IA is the brain of the on-board system, it centralises and manages data coming from different modules, informs and acts in co-operation with the monitoring unit or independently. The whole set is housed in a housing protecting it from all external aggression and supplying it with power by means of a battery.
