Practice and evaluation of humanistic quality training for clinical nurses

Objective To improve the humanistic quality of nursing staff.Methods Hospital nurses were trained by holding book reports,customizing textbook and watching video.Results Most of people agreed with holding book report,patient satisfaction increased from 93.1% to 97.2%.Conclusions Humanistic quality training can improve the quality of nursing services and patients'satisfaction.
