Application of the Generalization Process Index Software in the Process Control of Baosteel Technical Innovation Projects in the Implementary Period

In the construction period of Baosteel’s "Eleventh Five-Year" planning projects,the generalization process index software has been widely used.The software plays a very important role in the process control of implementing the planned projects.The paper introduced the software’s calculation principle and analyzed its schedule process in detail,taking Baosteel’s technical innovation projects as examples.The paper also gave a complete summary of the main function of the generalization process index used in the Baosteel "Eleventh Five-Year "planning project management and control.At the same time,the paper offered some targeted improvement suggestions on the basis of the limitation of the index software.
