Cuidados paliativos de úlcera atípica en pierna por linfoma de células T

Se presenta un caso clinico de una mujer de 28 anos que presento nodulos en una pierna que fue evolucionando hasta una ulcera atipica causada por linfoma cutaneo de celulas T. El tumor diagnosticado y el fracaso del tratamiento quimioterapico y radioterapico finalizo con el fallecimiento de la paciente al cabo de 24 meses del inicio. Los cuidados paliativos realizados en este caso clinico ayudan a comprender mejor el esfuerzo terapeutico en este tipo de lesiones (ulceras de origen tumoral). The diagnosed tumor and the failure of chemo-traumatic and radiotherapeutic treatment ended with the death of the patient 24 months after onset. The palliative care performed in this clinical case helps to better understand the therapeutic effort in this type of lesions (ulcers of tumor origin).Key words: Tumor; Lymphoma T-Cell Cutaneous; Palliative Care, Leg Ulcer.
