Grammatiken, Regime, Ordnungen als Gegenstand der Organisationspädagogik

The concepts of grammatics, regimes and orders found in organizational education serve as an explanation for the interrelationship between organizations and their environments. In this article three current theorems, the sociology of conventions (1), institutional logics (2) and critical organizational research (3) are presented and compared with their basic assumptions. Finally, they are discussed in their importance for organizational education.
