The invention relates to a high-speed train body alternation pneumatic load test device, which comprises a central control console and a blower GF; two sides of an air inlet of the blower GF are respectively connected with valves F1 and F3, and a silencer X1 and an air filter L are sequentially arranged before the valve F1; two sides of an air outlet of the blower GF are respectively connected with valves F2 and F4, and a silencer X2 is arranged behind the valve F2; and the valves F3 and F4 are connected with a train body to be tested after being respectively connected with flow-rate adjusting valves Q1 to Q2; a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and a strain sensor are installed on the train body to be tested, and a temperature sensor is arranged inside the train body to be tested; and the device is also provided with a safety valve AF, and retaining valves D1 to D4. The high-speed train body alternation pneumatic load test device has simple and reasonable structure, the alternation pneumatic load which is manually simulated conforms to the real situation, and the detected data has high reliability; and the test device can automatically work all day long. The high-speed train body alternation pneumatic load test device is applicable to new railway locomotive vehicles or to the high-speed alternation pneumatic load fatigue test which is periodically performed.
