B. The Veterans Administration community care setting

I have attempted to highlight the multiple risks posed to the veteran, the community, the residential care home, and to the hospital in operating a Residential Care Home Program, as well as the VA's efforts to minimize those risks. Our program is obviously not without problems, but on the whole it has been enormously successful and thus far has not presented risks that were not worth the taking.
