청소년들의 운동참여가 자기통제와 학교폭력성향에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of physical activity on self-control and school tendency toward school violence focused on middle school students. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn. First, male students showed higher scores on long-term satisfaction of self-control and personal relationship/aggression among tendency toward school violence than female students. Also, participants showed higher scores on self-control and impulsiveness, individual mental factors. And school students who took part in physical activity more than one year showed higher scores on relationship/aggression and impulsiveness among tendency of school violence than school students who took part in physical activity under one year. School students who took part in physical activity more than three times a week showed higher scores on immediate gratification of self-control and relationship/aggression and impulsiveness among tendency of school violence. Second, exercise careers of school students influenced negatively on relationship/aggression and impulsiveness among tendency of school violence. Third, immediate gratification of school students influenced negatively on relationship/aggression, long-term satisfaction and immediate gratification influenced negatively on impulsiveness and individual metal factors.
