内淋巴囊乳突分流术治疗Ménière病长期疗效观察

1994
Ten cases of Meniere's disease were operated with endolymphatic mastoid shunt. All patients were followed up 3 to 5 years postoperatively. The results showed that all patients obtained satisfactory relief of Vertigo, and in most of the cases the symptom of the tinnitus was diminished or vanished, only one patient demonstrated hearing loss. The advantages of this surgery are: shorter hospitalization, fast recovery and a low potential for serious intracranial complications. The relation between the type of endolymphatic sac and the result of operation was discussed.
