Surgical tactics in destructive cholecystitis

: Bacteriological examinations of anaerobic and aerobic microflora of the bile, tissues of the gallbladder wall in 67 patients operated on with destructive cholecystitis have shown that surgical interventions should be performed within the first hours after admission to the hospital and must include special methods of purposeful antibacterial therapy during operation and in the postoperative period.
