Influence of D2EHPA on the Extraction of cyt-C Using Reversed Micelle of SDSS and Research of Quantum Chemistry

The influence of D2EHPA on the extraction of cyt-C using the reversed micelle of SDSS was inspected.The geometry and electronic structures of the anionic surfactants sodium dioleyl sulfo-succinate(SDSS)were fully optimized at DFT-B3LYP/6-31G* level.Its trans-isomer was steadier.The fact that proteins were extracted by the reversed micelles of SDSS was explained reasonably.
