EXPLORACIÓN DEL PROCESO COMUNICATIVO EN ESTUDIANTES DEL GRADO DE ENFERMERÍA ANTE LA ENFERMEDAD GRAVE

espanolEl principal objetivo de esta investigacion es analizar como los participantes perciben su protagonismo durante el proceso de la comunicacion de malas noticias, a partir de una muestra de estudiantes de tercer curso de grado de Enfermeria, a los que se les ha administrado el cuestionario Patient Communication Pattern Scale sobre su percepcion del recibimiento de malas noticias y su propia asimilacion. Los principales resultados sugieren que los sujetos se perciben a si mismos con altas puntuaciones en informacion, clarificacion, iniciacion y preferencias, y menores puntuaciones en la subescala de emociones. EnglishThe main objective of this research was to analyze how the participants perceive their role during the process of communicating bad news, through a sample of third-year undergraduate students of Nursing, who have been provided with the Patient Communication Pattern Scale about their perception of receiving bad news and their own assimilation. The main results suggest that subjects perceive themselves with high scores in information, clarification, initiation and preferences. Likewise, they show high correlations between own and inferred scores.
