Application of HACCP in Processing of Chicken Meat Powder

This paper discussed the application of HACCP in manufacturing chicken meat powder.Hazard of all steps were analyzed by the processing technology and corrective ccps were determined.Meanwhile,the table of HACCP plan has been established.Its goal was to assure quality safety of Chicken Meat Powder and produce the certified product.
