Laparoscopic surgery. Preliminary experience

The first 23 cases of surgical laparoscopy carried out in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Valdivia Hospital are presented. The advantages of this surgical technique and its indication, in anexal pathology, specially in young women who wish to preserve their fertility is emphasized.
