Apparatus and method for managing driver based on monaural beats

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for managing a driver on the basis of monaural beats and, more particularly, to an apparatus for managing a driver on the basis of monaural beats, which generates monaural beats optimized for a tone of a user and outputs the monaural beats through a speaker disposed in a vehicle to prevent the driver from falling asleep while driving or alleviate anger or stress through brain wave entrainment by the monaural beats. The present invention generates the monaural beats and provides a driver in a vehicle with the monaural beats without requiring the driver to wear an additional sound output means. As such, since the brain wave entrainment by the monaural beats awakens the driver to prevent the driver from falling asleep while driving or alleviate stress of the driver, thereby preventing reckless driving, the present invention has the effect of improving driver's convenience by assuring the driver's safety while adjusting the brain wave of the driver in a noncontact manner.
