Правомерность использования метода газоразрядной визуализации для оценки динамики возбуждения матки крысы в предродовом периоде

In acute experiments under narcosis in 10 not pregnant rats and 10 pregnant rat (in puerperal period) the uteruses with oviducts were extirpated. Preparations were put in high-frequency field (1024 Hz, 8-20 KW for 30 c) for gas-discharge visualization by K. G. Korotkov. On 10 intact preparations only Kerlian regional fluorescence was observed. On 10 preparations with fetus, besides that, a fluorescence center was additionally observed in the uterus body. To confirm the supposition that it is an area of the increased excitation, i. e. pacemaker's area of the pregnant uterus, 5 experiments were carried out on the venous nodes of the frogs' hearts, where pacemakers act in automatic regime. The area of the venous node of the heart undergone gas-discharge visualization. Simultaneously, the matrix with 6 electrodes for computer mapping was imposed on it. Coincidence of the fluorescence center in localization and time (fluorescence was observed only in systole period) with pacemaker localization by mapping data, confirmed supposition that in the pregnant uterus exactly pacemaker zone fluoresces under gas-discharge visualization.
