Propellant-free spray preparations

The invention relates to propellant gas free spray preparations for topical application on the human body, comprising a dispensing container with a spray applicator and preferably, a manually controlled pump and a liquid active ingredient preparation in the form of a viscose structured oil-in-water emulsion or oil-in-water micro emulsion with droplet sizes of less than 500 nm, 0.5-30 wt % emulsioned lipids, 0.2-10 wt % emulsifiers, 1-30 wt % cosmetic or dermatological active ingredients and 0.2-2 wt % of a thickening sheet silicate layer in addition to, optionally, up to 15 wt % additional auxiliary material. Said preparations comprise a fine spray jet, which finely distributes the preparation on the skin, without any running or giving an impression of an uncomfortable wet feeling.
