The utility model discloses a detection and sorting device for sub-fissures of a crystalline silicon wafer of a solar cell. The detection and sorting device comprises a detection unit for detecting appearance and stains of the crystalline silicon wafer of the solar cell; an infrared spectrum sub-fissure detection unit and a sub-fissure detection unit based on a laser imaging principle are arranged behind the detection unit for detecting the appearance and the stains of the crystalline silicon wafer of the solar cell. The detection and sorting device is reasonable in structure and high in sub-fissure detection accuracy.
