Emergency treatment experience of 120 cases with frequent fracture

Objective Concluding and discussing the emergency handling and early treatment of frequent fracture.Methods Analysing 120 frequent fracture patients' treatment materials from March 2007 to March 2011,of which 82 patients have 2 fractures,30 patients have 3 fractures and 8 patients have 4 fractures.Results 116 patients among all these 120 patients have left hospital through effective treatment,and the other 4 patients were dead because of brain damage,the rate of success is 96.7%.After visiting the patients who have left the hospital for 6 ～ 12 months,of which 94 patients are recovering well,and return to normal life,16 patients have action handicap,and 6 patients' bone recover have postpones.Conclusion Diagnosing and rescuing are carried out at the same time,operation and treatment should be combined together.Besides,choosing the best emergency treatment programme has a great significance for improving rate of success,reducing syndrome and rate of cripple.
