Clinical mode construction of parenteral nutritional support applied in acute intestinal obstruction postoperative recovery

Objective: To build the application clinical patterns of parenteral nutrition support in acute intestinal obstruction postoperative recovery. Methods: Selected 56 patients with surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction from January 2015 to December 2015 as study group, in which patients received parenteral nutrition support treatment; 47 cases with surgical treatment of acute intestinal obstruction from January to December, 2014 was selected as control group, in which patients received enteral nutrition support treatment, analyzed the recovery of two groups with different way of nutritional support effect. Results: The gastrointestinal decompression and anal exhaust time in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and postoperative 7 days plasma albumin concentrations in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time in the study group were less than those in the control group, all differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: After the surgery of acute intestinal obstruction, application of parenteral nutrition support can promote the recovery of intestinal function, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce hospital costs, improve the patients' immunity, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
