Geophysical Investigations on the Boundaries of the Mountsorrel Granite
1967
Evidence presented in a paper by D. Davies and D. H. Matthews (for reference, see this Bibliography Vol. 32, No. 3, 19 E68-03626) does not confirm the existence of the Loughborough fault in the Mountsorrel granite area, Leicestershire, England, and therefore the presence of productive Carboniferous Coal Measures to the east of Loughborough is doubtful.
