The purpose of this study is to compare the impact force and kinematic factors in the side breakfall motion according to proficiency of security martial arts. The results of this study are as follows. First, the time for side breakfall motion according to security martial arts proficiency showed a long time for skilled in event 2(p<.05). And COM fore and rear ROM and vertical ROM did not show any significant difference. Second, in the side breakfall motion according to security martial arts proficiency, COM (center of mass) left and right ROM(range of motion) showed a short shift in the phase 1 and total ROM in the skilled(p<.05). And there was no significant difference between COM foreward and backward ROM and vertical ROM. Third, the COM left and right velocity in the side breakfall motion according to the security martial arts proficiency showed the fast velocity in the right direction in the event 1(p<.05), and event 2 and event 3, unskilled was fast in the right direction(p<.05). The COM foreward and backward velocities were faster in the event 2 and event 3 in the backward direction(p<.05) and COM vertical velocity was fast at the event 2 in the vertical downward direction(p<.05). Fourth, the impact velocity of the hand during the side breakfall motion according to the security martial art proficiency was fast (p<.05) in event 2 and event 3. And the impact velocity of the hip was fast(p<.05) in event 2 and event 3 unskilled. Fifth, security in martial art breakfall side motion of the trunk angle proficiency showed a small angle skilled in the event 3 skilled(p<.05). Sixth, the hip impact of side breakfall motion according to security martial arts proficiency was high impact in the hip of unskilled(p<.05).
