The invention discloses a shading mechanism for digital stereoscopic image enlarge-printing and equipment and a method involving the shading mechanism. The shading mechanism comprises an upper shading box and a lower shading box; the top and bottom surfaces of the upper shading box are opened; the lower shading box is sheathed on the bottom of the upper shading box; a strip-shaped outgoing slot is arranged at the bottom of the lower shading box; and the lower shading box is connected with the upper shading box through at least one lifting mechanism. The equipment comprises a light-sensitive platform, a laser exposure system which is glidingly arranged above the light-sensitive platform, and a shift mechanism which is used for shifting the light rays of the laser exposure system. The shading mechanism provided by the invention is suitable for digital stereoscopic image enlarge-printing equipment that adopts the laser exposure system; and during the shading, local compaction is carried out on exposed light-sensitive materials along with scanning exposure, so that the imaging has better sharpness. By adopting the equipment of the invention, the gap that the equipment which adopts the laser exposure system in the prior art cannot be used for stereoscopic image enlarge-printing is filled, and the digital stereoscopic appreciation demand of people is satisfied.
