Системные расстройства клеточного иммунитета при эндогенном увеите

2013
In 90 patients with acute endogenous uveitis and 17 patients with exacerbation of chronic uveitis, the dynamics of indicators of cellular immunity and the functional state of peripheral blood neutrophils have been investigated. In the acute phase of the disease, the activity of myeloperoxidase and oxygen-dependent metabolism of neutrophils according to the NBT test, and the total number of lymphocytes including their CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD22+ subpopulation decreased in comparison with those of healthy donors (n = 40). The total number of lymphocytes and the number of CD8+ and CD22+ cells almost completely restored to the level of the reference values within 1-3 months from the disease onset/exacerbation. The reduction of the absolute and relative number of CD3+ and CD4+ lymphocytes as well as the functional activity of neutrophils was more persistent.
