Sport is a key element in the integral, physical and mental formation of people. Over the years, the sports industry has become more professional and specialized in different areas such as sports marketing and business-related events, competitions and sports sponsorship. The current media power has transformed and transported the sport to other levels, being a subject of daily interest for people. According to the models and cycles of formation of men and women, the sport practice has positioned itself as a second plan when a professional or working life is started, revealing a deep need to continue practicing sport in other circumstances and under other concepts. The organization of events and sports competitions in Quito (specifically) oscillates within the day-to-day and has lost the appeal. The possibility of creating a company specialized in organizing events and sports competitions directed to companies generates a significant business opportunity considering the unmet needs and latent passion for the sport. The main objective of this organization is to design sports activities with an added value in the service quality and, despite the physical inactivity of many employees, make them experience the feeling of being a professional sportsperson. This leads to improving the quality of the companies working environment and the personal performance of the workers complementing their activities with motivation and coaching sessions using sport as a motivating tool and as a mechanism to achieve goals. The result of a successful organization will then reflect in the relationship with customers and the successful model of their businesses through activities and sports initiatives. According to the research and development of the concept through the analysis of different scenarios as the marketing plan and the financial study, it is determined a viable business project implemented and managed to a segment interested in acquiring the service.
