A device (100; 1500) for emitting powder, comprising: a housing comprising (i) a first portion (120; 1540) casing, (ii) a chamber (210; 1510) cylindrical which is defined by a wall ( 212; 1512) straight circular cross-section, having one end (214) proximal and a distal end (216) and comprises a ring (400) circumferentially coupled to an inner surface thereof, and (iii) a second portion (130 ; 1550) casing that is removably coupled to said first portion (120; 1540) casing and comprises a portion (220; 1520) disposed station on the proximal end of said chamber (210; 1510) when said housing portions first (120; 1540) and second (130; 1550) are coupled, defining said portion (220; 1520) emitting at least one aperture (224; 1524) configured to emit powder therethrough, wherein the chamber (210; 1510 ) it is adapted to maintain cylindrical receptacle (219) for dust and is acoplad to the first portion (120; 1540) casing and the ratio of the inner diameter of the ring (400) to the inner diameter of the chamber (210; 1510) is about 0. 9 or less.
