Indoor simulation method for spurious interference and corrosion risk assessment and device

2010
The invention relates to an indoor simulation method for spurious interference and corrosion risk assessment for rapid evaluation and prediction of actual spurious interference damage of an embedded steel pipeline and a device. The device is characterized in that a simulation steel pipe (4) with a plurality of simulation leakage points (5), a test piece (6) and a coating is embedded in a simulation embedded pipeline in a soil tank (1), a rainfall simulation system (15) is arranged above the soil tank (1), the upper part of the soil tank (1) is provided with an interference source simulation system (16), and the lower part of the soil tank (1) is provided with an underground water infiltration system (9); one end of the simulation steel pipe (4) with the coating is connected with a rectifier (3) through a wire and is then connected with an anode (2); the test piece (6) of the simulation steel pipe (4) with the coating is connected with a differential resistance circuit and is then connected with a data acquisition device (17); and a temperature and humidity sensor (8) is arranged under the test piece (6) of the simulation steel pipe (4) with the coating and is connected with the rainfall simulation system (15).
