Analysis of antigen incorporating and processing cells in sublingal immunotherapy

For analysis of allergen incorporation mechanism, OVA solution was applied under tongue of the mice, and immunostaining was performed on the sublingual tissues using anti-OVA antibody as primary antibody in immunohistology. We found that the OVA antigen localized around the sublingual lamina propria.
