A Study on the Dielectric Properties of Organic Single Crystals 4-Methylanilinium Phenolsulfonate, 2-Amino- 5-Nitro Pyridinium Trifluoroacetate and 2-Amino-4- Methylpyridinium Tartrate Monohydrate

Three organic crystals, 4Methylanilinium phenolsulfonate, 2Amino-5-nitropyridinium trifluoroacetate and 2-Amino-4-methylpyridinium tartrate monohydrate were grown by slow evaporation solution technique from the organic compounds. Dielectric properties such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss, and AC conductance of these crystals at various temperatures and frequency range 100Hz to 1MHz were studied. The activation energy of these crystals was also calculated.
