The invention relates to a low-heat inertia integrated shower room using a high-enthalpy bathroom heater as a heating and humidifying device. The low-heat inertia integrated shower room comprises a high-enthalpy bathroom heater and an inner wall thermal insulation layer. The high-enthalpy bathroom heater has the characteristics of storing heat at low power, releasing heat at high strength, as well as simultaneously carrying out ventilating based heat release and fed water atomizing and evaporating based heat release; the high-enthalpy bathroom heater is arranged on a top plate of a toilet; the inner wall thermal insulation layer has the characteristics of water repellency, low density and low coefficient of thermal conductivity; and the inner wall thermal insulation layer is arranged on the top plate of the toilet and the internal side of the wall body. According to the invention, by adoption of toilet inner wall heat insulation decoration, the thermal inertia of the toilet is largely reduced and the thermal leakage of the air to the wall body is also largely reduced; as for storing the heat at low power and releasing heat at high strength, the heat release power reaches more than two times larger than the power of an electric heating tube at the initial stage of heat release, so that high heating speed is obtained and the air preheating time of the toilet is largely reduced; and for the ventilating based heat release and the fed water atomizing and evaporating based heat release are simultaneously carried out, meanwhile, the temperature and absolute moisture content of the shower room are increased, the enthalpy value of the air is increased and the bath quality and comfortableness are improved; and the low-heat inertia integrated shower room using the high-enthalpy bathroom heater as the heating and humidifying device, provided by the invention, has the advantages of wide application range and easy promotion.
