Effects of transmittance of fruit bags on fruit quality and cracking fruit rate of Sifi peach with late-maturity.

Sifi peach with late-maturity was bagged with seven kinds of fruit bags with different transmittance to study the effects on its cracking fruit rate and fruit quality.The results showed that the bagging could effectively reduce cracking fruit rate and the cracking fruit rate of seven kinds of bags was significantly lower than CK(without bagging),the bagging could significantly raise single fruit weight but there was no significant difference between different kinds of bags,the anthocyanin content of bagged fruits was higher than CK,the chlorophyll content of bagged fruit peel was no significant difference compared with CK except that the chlorophyll content of bagged fruit peel with the third kind of bag was significantly higher than CK,and the bagging could effectively raise the sugar/acid ratio of bagged fruits compared with CK.The fifth kind of bag had the best effect of reducing cracking fruit rate and improving fruit quality.
