Four-core inflaming retarding flexible cable for communication power supply
2014
The invention discloses a four-core inflaming retarding flexible cable for a communication power supply and belongs to the technical field of wires and cables. The four-core inflaming retarding flexible cable comprises four conducting cable cores which are respectively coated with an insulating layer, a wrapping tape layer wrapped on the conducting cable cores, filling layers and a protecting sheath layer or an inner lining layer, an armor layer and an armor layer outer protecting sheath, wherein cavities between the insulating layers and the wrapping tape layer are filled with the filling layers, the protecting sheath layer is located outside the wrapping tape layer, and the inner lining layer, the armor layer and the armor layer outer protecting sheath are located outside the wrapping tape layer in sequence. The four-core inflaming retarding flexible cable for the communication power supply is characterized in that the conducting cable cores are naked aluminum wire twisted conductors formed by twisting annealed naked aluminum wires with the diameter ranging from 0.2 mm to 1.15 mm, wherein the sectional area of each naked aluminum wire twisted conductor ranges from 1.5 mm to 300 mm , and the insulating layers, the protecting sheath layer and the armor layer outer protecting sheath are all made of inflaming retarding polyvinyl chloride. According to the four-core inflaming retarding flexible cable for the communication power supply, the flexibility performance is significantly improved, the minimum bend radius is four times the outer diameter of the cable, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the rated operational voltage of the cable and the adaptability of the cable to the environment temperature during cable laying are not influenced, transportation, storage and construction costs are reduced, working intensity of workers is relieved, and using safety is ensured.
