Abstract : The purpose of this appendix is to inventory the present terminal facilities, harbors, channels, small boat harbors, and related industrial development; evaluate the future needs for new development, to meet the predicted population and industrial growth; and propose a single purpose plan to meet the immediate and long term needs for waterborne transport facilities.
