A Framework of Lean–Six Sigma: An Evolutionary Approach

The concerned paper analyses the evolution of lean and six sigma independently. Then, it analyses the tools required in each of them and the associated common tools. Eventually, a model or framework is developed to ascertain the permeable aspects of lean and six sigma leading to a new lean–six sigma model. 23 scholarly articles were reviewed from year 2000 to 2019 to predict the model. The website primarily used is Google scholar. It is a new model that gives clarity to the lean–six sigma in bringing excellence into the industrial world with a breathe of freshness in it.
