炎性肠梗阻是指腹部手术创伤、腹腔炎性渗出和肠壁水肿形成的一种机械性和动力性并存的黏连性肠梗阻.若对本症认识不足,常常导致不必要的手术,甚至造成肠瘘、腹腔严重感染等并发症.我院近年来采用在B超监视下温生理盐水灌肠治疗本病,取得满意效果。
