Adrenoleukodystrophy: Case report

We report the case of an adult affected with Addison’s disease due to a rare condition in our country, such as adrenoleukodystrophy. It is described the clinical manifestations of adrenal insufficiency with impaired central and peripheral nervous system and the typical lesions in neuroimaging studies.
