Heat transfer enhancement in oscillatory cavity flow

Abstract The unsteady fluid motion driven in a square cavity by the combined effects of a vibrating wall and natural convection is examined. The mean heat transfer characteristics of the oscillatory cavity flow are derived and discussed.
