Serious Chest Trauma in Children:a Report of 40 Cases

Forty cases of acute chest trauma had been treated in our department since 1980 to 1990.Thirty-nine cases were cured and one dead.It was represented by the author that we should estimated the various causes,diagnestic aspects and multiple treatment approaches of acute chest trauma,Early diagnosis and managements of secondary hemothorax,traumatic diaphragmatic hernia,traumatic rupture of the bronchus were mainly discussd.
